本設備用于纖維染色生產過程中的成餅工序，對開松后的散纖維在棉籠中壓制成餅，以得到符合染色加工工藝要求的尺寸固定、松緊程度適中、密度一致的成型纖維餅。

 This equipment is used for pressing the opened staple fibers into the fiber cake in the cotton cage during the caking and fiber-dyeing production processes, to obtain the molding fiber cake which conforms to the fixed dimensions, applicable opening degree and consensus density in the dyeing and processing requirements.
